How We Work

We design new construction, renovations, single rooms, and whole homes — in person throughout California and remotely for clients anywhere in the country. Depending on what you need, we can deliver a complete design for your own builder to carry out, or manage the entire project ourselves through to the final styling.

Jillian founded her studio on the belief that a home should feel inevitable — as though every object, texture, and shadow had always belonged. Her work draws on old-world craft and a restrained, tonal palette, favoring pieces with provenance over pieces with polish.

From her studio in California, she leads a select number of projects each year across the country — new builds, soulful renovations, and fully furnished homes — each one taken on personally, from architectural detailing through the final placement of a single stem.
