Design without the on-site project management — for clients who already have a builder, or who are comfortable running the build themselves. We measure the space, draw the plans and elevations, render it in three dimensions, and select every finish and furnishing, each specified with pricing and purchasing links. Delivered in person or entirely remotely.
Everything above, and then the execution. We coordinate the vendors and contractors, track the schedule, and oversee installation through to the final walkthrough. You make the decisions; we carry the rest.
A design concept worked out remotely — renderings and a spec sheet, developed from your photographs and measurements rather than a site visit.
